Given these difficult and uncertain times, please know that Traffic Management is taking all precautionary steps possible to ensure that we are following the guidelines laid out by the State of Minnesota and the CDC. This includes social distancing in the office, as well as frequent cleaning, sanitizing and hand washing. We are also limiting the number of people that come into the office.

The safety and well being of our employees and agents will always be of top priority along with our focus on providing outstanding customer service.

Fortunately, most of our employees and agents are able to telecommute from home, keeping the number of people in and out of our offices to a minimum. Our operations have already been designed in a manner that enables us to maintain the continuity of our business without service interruptions to our customers. We will continue to provide the same customer-centric service that Traffic Management is known for.

To ensure minimal disruptions it is recommended that you contact your suppliers and receivers to confirm that they will be able to open to ship or accept your product.

Currently, all carriers are still operating and because trucking is an essential service, I believe that we will continue to secure trucks and get products moved throughout the country.

Please don’t hesitate to call or email if you have any questions, concerns or have something unusual that needs to be moved. We can handle whatever you need to be done.

Traffic Management is a financially stable company and we will be able to weather through this storm. At this time we have no plans to cut staff or make any drastic changes. Please know your business is very important to us and we will be here to serve our customers.

Our wish is for everyone to stay safe and healthy as we work together to get through this crisis.

Sincerely,

Dawn Montez, President
